wakeupSometimes I have very good sleep. There are days when I get up in the morning and I feel like I wasn’t sleeping at all. How it comes? I were reading a little bit about it, and what is very important is when you get up from  bed. If you do it when your brain is in a middle of deep sleep, you will feel tired. How to know, when you should get up? I have one interesting idea…

Smart alarm clock

I think that the best would be to have a smart alarm clock. It should know when your brain is not dreaming. Also important, is the fact when you want to be waked up. So smart alarm clock should fit the best time for wake you up with the time you want to be waked up. Due to the fact, that brain during sleep is working in phases (each last around 1,5 hour) in worse case smart alarm clock will wake you up an hour earlier than expected. Don’t worry! maybe you sleep less but you feel better!

How alarm clock reads brain waves?

Scientist have invented special headphones able to read brain waves. Using bluetooth or other wireless connection, such special headset can connect with your alarm clock and send information about current brain state. Of course, you wouldn’t like to sleep each day with such headset. Me either, but if you do it through few nights, you can stop using them unless you go to bed at the same time. Then your smart clock is correctly configured and will wake you at the right moment.

What is the price of smart alarm clock?

Well, I don’t know because currently this is very basic idea how such device should work. I would be very happy if some of you would start an venture using my idea and sent me one when it is done!
